My name is Winnie, it’s now been 3 months since I began my new life in Europe, Ireland courtesy of IMC Global. IMC Global Recruitment Agency got me a job offer with Keelings where I work as a General Operative as well as getting me a work permit. I have been able to send financial assistance back home to my family since the second week I arrived in Ireland because the day I arrived, my job was secured and began work the very next day. Oh, it was such a great experience, right from writing a 'winners CV'; the training was so on point; the entire process was quite straight forward. Thanks to the team. I just love everything about this job. I've attained a couple of skills in a short period of time great thanks to my managers who have time and again exposed me to various tasks even those I thought I wasn't good enough. I've also learnt that the only excuse you can give for work undone is actually 'no excuse' work is either done or not done no excuse. I was challenged by men during the first weeks because they thought I wasn't good enough for any job at the site, but this didn't last long before they got to know I wasn't their type.
